New owner? Brought a fish burger. It was empty. A burger always starts with a meat patty. Then you add an extra like a fish or egg or bacon or steak or cheese... or ham and pineapple. Then you add your salad and sauce.
I got a fish, tartare sauce. Wafer thin slice of tomato and 2 little pieces of steamed iceburg lettuce. That's a fish sandwich. Not a burger.
Don't be stingy and cheap. Your customers deserve decent, quality fresh food and will pay.

Stopped in for dinner while in Hamilton recently. Ordered the vegetable curry on rice. Nicely cooked with fresh veges but the 'curry' wasn't what I was expecting. I've encountered this before and it's more of a pale yellow liquid with a bit of heat but without the *real* yellow curry taste and aroma. Other than this the dish was ok and the service was good.
